This is a fun, fit effective form of exercise suitable for ladies 12 weeks into their pregnancy to the last day. Focus is on cardiovascular fitness, general strengthening, core stability and stretching. The classes are highly adaptable for different fitness and comfort levels. It is also a great place to share knowledge, ask questions and get support from other pregnant ladies.
Classes are hosted by qualified physiotherapists and care is taken to guarantee safety and effectiveness. After giving birth, the classes are a good way to regain your fitness and strength.
To join a class, contact us to so that we can send a health questionnaire to you. This is to be completed and returned. When we are sure it is safe for you and your baby to join the classes, we will inform you and book a slot in the classes that you would like to join.
