General Group Exercise Classes

These are classes for the fit and strong or those on their way there. Contrary to popular belief, aqautic fitness classes can be very strenuous and tiring and is a very good full body toning workout. Focus is on quite intense cardiovascular fitness, resistance training, balance training and core strengthening.

Classes are suitable for ladies from 18 years upwards and are especially scheduled early in the morning to accommodate those who are working.

To join, contact us so that we can send a health questionnaire to you. This is to be completed and returned. When we are sure it is safe for you to join the classes, we will inform you and book a slot in the classes you would like to join.
